I had a frustrating experience with the cleaning staff. We requested a full clean but only had the garbage pulled and the beds made. The kitchen and bathroom were not touched at all, and the floors were still dirty. This really affected our comfort, as we had to deal with a toilet that overflowed, leaving water on the floor and using up all our towels to clean it up.
